    <description>&lt;P&gt;Possibly when the "match" was made on the OTS (One Time Switch) system it would send the switching information across.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Haven't used it myself up to this point, but I believe a part of that process is the customer being told what benefits they'll lose and what fees they may be liable for before they initiate the switch.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was just looking at Vodafone broadband, and I entered my postcode and phone number, and the next thing I see I get an email from EE saying "SORRY YOU'RE THINKING OF GOING".&amp;nbsp; Does this mean I my contract is ending (I don't want it to).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit:&amp;nbsp; No card details where entered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry for this panicky post, I didn't think it would do this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4621040"&gt;@Rossby&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;No one knows what you where doing or entering on the VF site, but you would be correct to be concerned when the e-mail was generated from EE, looks like you need to do the EE CS call to find out if the BB line takeover has been requested by Vodafone and if so get it all stopped before it goes any further.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
