Thanks for your reply, I've probably misquoted the BT hub name, it was the last ADSL model they supplied.

The new router is the WiFi-7 standard and much faster than the old BT one, although I have retained it for the time being, it would be a retrograde step use it!

I've just had the latest S H Pro installed, replacing my BT Home Hub 2.

None of the UpNp enabled devices that should set up port forwarding upon connection to the hub are showing in the Firewall Table.

I can set up port forwarding manually in the Firewall table, but none of the devices connected to the network that happily set up port forwarding on my old BT Home Hub 2 appear in the irewall list

UpNp is set to "on" in the advanced settings and I've toggled that on and off, and rebooted all of the devices that should set up ports under UpNp several times.

Any idea how or fix this fundamental issue please?

Thanks for your response, I did copy off all the port forwarding details from the old BT hub and have mannually entered them into the SH Pro - though not all seem to be working, particularly with some security cameras.

So far EE support havent come up with an answer, though I find it hard to believe I am the only user for which UpNp port forwarding isn't working
