Broadband Connection Issues - Moving from BT to EE. Still shows BT network.

Hi,

I have moved from BT to EE.

Since moving from BT to EE last week, the EE Network has gone and shows as the previous BT network. I think it renamed itself possibly ???

It all works ok apart from when I have to add a device and need to enter the password. It will not accept either the old BT or the new EE one

Also on my Samsung TV it loses the network connecting every time it is turned off or goes to standby

Any ideas

@Lacka07 That would be correct depending on what you did when setting up the router on the network. Samsung TV not the best on wireless network, you nay just wish to clear out any TV settings and go again, or try Ethernet connection to see how it goes.

Establish what is correct password wise, more than likely the BT will be correct, if device will not connect that is another issue all together.

Thanks for the reply, I did wonder whether the TV may not be liking the WIFI 7 and will look in to that as well
