Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router do you have (read its label or post a pix)?

Can't you put the old router back in?

ive been with ee 4 years so far, and in that time the service has been amazing, really cant knock it. Ive just renewed contract and stayed on the same speed and was send a new router, since this it has made working from home an absolute nightmare for my wife as video calls are breaking up even when there is no one else in the house using the internet.

she is working on a laptop upstairs as she usually does and like i say , its been perfect for 4 years.

really starting to think there is something wrong with the reach of the wifi on these new routers...
