EE WiFi disk turned off and won't turn back on

We have 3 EE WiFi extenders disks and two of them have suffered the same fate. The disk was on and working but suddenly turned itself off and won turn back on. I thought this was a one off and replaced it with the spare disk we have. But now this disk has done the same thing.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I've tried pressing the reset button, turning it off and trying different plugs but nothing has worked.

@FauveChapman It has not happened to me, nor anyone else I know.

Have you contacted Customer Services and got a replacement?
