Roku site or Amazon has the recommended adapter.

Anyone had issues getting plug in the back of a TV 4K Roku stick to work on WIFI with the Smart Hub Pro.

Not had any issue previously connecting to EE Smart Hub plus and BT SH2.

Whilst it will connect and state the connection is excellent in Roku settings the connection is very unstable. The WIFI connection to the TV is fine and stable.

The Roku wants to connect on 2.5ghz instead of 5 whilst the TV is on 5ghz

You could see what the router is on WPA wise, would not think that the roku is anything more than a wpa2-personal at best.

Looks like it is a 2 x 2 WiFi 5 compatible device so should ideally be connecting on the 5Ghz band of the router, must be falling back so you may have to play with router settings to see what the Roku likes.

@JimM11 The issue is that the Pro Router has selected a DFS channel (49-148) Smart(100) for the 5Ghz band. The ROKU only works for channels outside this range. However the Pro router will not allow you to set or pick a 5 Ghz channel even on the Compatibility SSID. All you can do is click RESCAN

This means if your neighbour can block out a range of channels they can effectively force you out as Smart will end up on a DFS channel

The 2.5ghz speed is very slow < 100mbps - no good for streaming, even in close range
