Having trouble connecting wirelessly to a Dell 1760 laser (circa 2016) after moving from the BT to EE router. Worked for a while but recently lost connection and can't get it restored. Tried a few suggestions from other posts, pairing with printer and router buttons doesn't work, wireless status on the printer reports no reception, deleting and re-installing via windows doesn't work either. Can't ping from a command prompt. Connected with a cable and still couldn't connect but suddenly wifi connected. Removed cable and no connection again.

If/Once you get it connected, then remember to put the 5Ghz back on, and SAVE is important to apply changes.

And if the printer had a NIC card installed, why are you not connecting via Ethernet to the printer?

Any device connected via Ethernet takes 20seconds for the device and the EE Router to respond to each other, so keep that in mind....

Crystal ball does not expand to see what you are doing. Wireless setup as far as the Dell manual for the printer say's, you cannot setup wireless printer connection if either/both the usb or network cable are connected. You may wish to download and read that manual, but it may be a simple as you fixed the IP's on the printer originally, and the EE Router may not like any off it.
