    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Jim.&amp;nbsp; My transfer was done by phone so I've probably missed that instruction in all the terms and conditions etc.&amp;nbsp; I'll get on to Customer Service and ask them to do it, if I can't.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please can someone help?&amp;nbsp; I joined EE on Thurs 5 December 2024 and the company has sent me my first bill, however every time I try to access it there's a screen saying opps! Something has gone wrong please refresh or try again later.&amp;nbsp; I've been trying over two days and still can't access it.&amp;nbsp; What do I need to do?&amp;nbsp; Thanks for the help.
