Just installed the Smart Hub Pro today and so far the set up experiance, range, speed tests have all been good, even VoIP connected without issue. The Smart Hub Plus was a nightmare, errors trying to get into the admin page and it was very sluggish and slow, wired devices taking 1-2 minutes to connect to the internet after the router had finished setting up, VoIP would just not detect your number and show red in the router admin page. So far the Pro has fixed all of thse issues. But I have seen a couple posts on here saying the Pro likes to randomly reboot itself between the hours of 00:00 and 00:30 so I'll update this thread if that also happens to me.

@Profile closed It is not confirmed that the Pro reboot's itself during the period, and there are 4 posted OP's complaining that BB is being lost for a short period, but DO please keep an eye on it and report back either way if such is happening to the device, OP last check was to see FW was at the latest, and as far as posted Forum wise then no one has upped the FW number quoted.

About 15 minutes after I plugged mine in the firmware and App versions updated from:

App version: 2.22.6
Firmware version: r2.49.5-R-1094775-PROD-1

to

App version: 2.34.2
Firmware version: r2.64.2-R-1210501-PROD-1

I factory reset the router afterwards to make sure it applied properly.

Update 06/12/2024

At first I thought I had that rebooting issue some other people have, but it turns out the firmware updated again overnight around 2:30am. Hub/network uptime both reset and current times are (12 Hrs 23 Mins) so it rebooted at 02:38.

New firmware:

App version: 2.34.2 (Remained the same)
Firmware version: r2.64.3-R-1213091-PROD-1

@Profile closed Good that you are all over it, FW is just one of those get up and get it done, you did not notice the time that it tried or just working back from the up time? About the 12 to 12.30 morning, nothing strange that you could see, assuming you were up and primmed for the event?

I was using my phone the whole time from 12 to 12.30 on discord/whatsapp/youtube/browsing, no disconnects at all, the wifi6e symbol stayed active on my phone. I did log into the router once just to check the uptime and it was normal.

My PC is plugged directly into the Smart Hub Pro using a 10 metre Cat6 ethernet cable, my PC motherboard only has a 1Gb ethernet port and the ONT I plugged the Smart Hub Pro into only has a 1Gb WAN port. The brand of the ONT is Nokia, we are on the 1Gbs package.
