You are not in any cooling-off period! You have no statutory rights when you buy in a store. It's only for "distance selling" when ordering by phone or online. Why visit a store when you knew you could look them up online & order them there? Thereby maintaining your statutory rights.

You are stuck with the deal you entered in store.

I transferred my broadband 10 days ago to EE at EE Richmond store. During that process, I was offered 150 Mbps for £ 35 GBP per month. Next day on EE website, i found available deal of 300 Mbps for £ 32 GBP per month. Since i am on my cool-of period, i visited EE store & called EE customer service to move me, as a new comer, to that available deal but they say that there is no option available for them to move me to that deal.

Any idea, how can i get that resolved ?
