Hi @Profile closed,

Welcome to the EE Community

Just to clarify as you mention your switch wont happen until December, are your EE Broadband services actually live yet? As it will require your broadband services being live in order for the Hybrid connect to work as the SIM may not yet be active.

If your services are live, have you tried the setup with the Smart Hub both via the wired and wireless options after rebooting both the Smart hub and Hybrid connect? And it is recommended to try removing and re-inserting the SIM also.

Alex

Have just started to switch from sky Fibre to EE, Wanting to get devices set up ready for when it gets switched over in December. Due to Sky outages in my area recently, decided to pay the extra for the EE Smart Hybrid Connect however when I went to set this up following the instructions the 4G Signal light is flashing red. Is there any easy fix for this or is this a common fault with these units. It's already putting me off paying the extra. Mobile signal in my area should be very strong with EE so can't be signal related.

Any help appreciated
