Lying salesman

In September, I signed up for EE broadband after a cold calling salesman of yours convinced me that EE would give me a better signal than Sky and that I would be reimbursed for any early leaving fees. I have since found out that all of this is a lie.

Sky provided me with a booster so that I could get decent wifi downstairs, EE not only haven't supplied a booster but they wany another £7- £10 to enable house wide wifi. I am a single person living in a 2 bedroom terraced house and you want me to pay £40 approx so that I can watch a film without it buffering in my living room. I am now stuck in a 2 year contract that provides less than Sky. I am disgusted at how little help I have been offered by a company that allows and seems to actively encourage its salespeople to lie and cheat the public.

@Jacqui01Stewart : This bit isn't a lie :

EE will pay up to £300 of your Early Cancellation Fees upon sight of your previous ISP's bill showing them. You can claim this online @ Switch Broadband to EE and we'll pay your leaving fee.

@Jacqui01Stewart How close is the router to any other electrical equipment? Electric devices impede WiFi signals. Ie a TV

It's not close to anything electrical apart from the socket

Very surprised you're having issues in such a small home.

Where is the router located.

Buffering might not be the WiFi rather the connection to your router.
