@Profile closed there have been many posts, but I have not seen one where the upgrade path for legacy customers can upgrade, especially if you have DV, or TV.

Has anyone here been able to upgrade from EE 900Mbps to 1.6Gbps service?

I know initially, the 1.6Gbps option was only available to new provisions, but more recently, I'm sure I've seen members of this community upgrade.

However, I've just called EE to look at upgrading with a Black Friday deal, and the adviser is adamant that an upgrade is not possible at the moment.

I was moving from BT to EE almost exactly 1 year ago...

Released from anything with BT without penalty and lost DV and TV on the process,..
My 1.6 Gbps package was made as NEW customer, but my Mobile numbers was ported to EE and chained together on one account, to benefit from converged services /they call it EE One if I am right...

No without troubles, but was possible...

Unfortunately, especially legacy EE BB is still not sorted, but eventually newer EE BB should be now able to migrate...

However, even year later, no DV, no TV could be ported and both are not even able to be ordered later, simply not compatile with 1.6 Gbps BB still...

Their complain department it's even more useless, don't see any reason to acknowledge their fault, because your BB working. What happens with milion promises as it will be availale after you move, or it will be available next month? nothing, it was and it's lie...
