Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router do you have (read its label)?

Grateful for advice. I have ee fibre optic broadband. But router doesn’t get a signal up to the attic studio where I do live radio shows which I stream over the internet to the radio station server for onward broadcast. I need a constant wifi line with no breaks. The question is whether the ee extender at £100 does not drop out at all or whether it is possible for. ee to fit an extension cable from my main hub downstairs up the outside of the house to the attic and end in an Ethernet connector which I can then plug into my MacBook. Does anyone have any thoughts or similar experiences.

Fitting the extender to the cable, needs to be Cat 5e or better, which would also give the option of better WiFi as well as Ethernet access where you want it.

The smart router plus does have extenders designed specifically for them.

Just do not expect full speed especially through multiple floors but may be fast enough for your requirements.

TL-PA8010P KIT | AV1300 Gigabit Passthrough Powerline Starter Kit | TP-Link United Kingdom

TL-PA8033P KIT | AV1300 3-Port Gigabit Passthrough Powerline Starter Kit | TP-Link United Kingdom
