topic Moving to a non full fibre area in Broadband & Landline

Morning

I am just looking for some advice we currently have the ultrafast 500 cannot fault it however due to circumstances in our current rented property we have had to move or will be moving to a maisonette property where it only has the part fibre. I am looking for some advice on how say a 5g hub would hold up compared to a severe downgrade as we mainly stream content and there is gaming in the house from two computers and then it is tablets and phones etc. that would be connected. The 5g hub looks a good idea but its the stability for working from home as well i'm conscious of, so any feedback and help is very much appreciated

Mobile BB will be less reliable than fixed Home BB for general use and is not good for gaming.

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker > Add Checker estimate for your new address? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your address.

Yeah I am aware the mobile broadband is less reliable, however with the only speed available is part fibre up to 76mb but estimated speeds of 30-45 according to the checker I am wondering if 5g hub would be better in that sense. Openreach seem to have forgotten about the 10 properties on the estate and focused on the houses and not updated the flats or maisonettes full fibre installation.
