&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You need to make sure your phone or tablet your settings this up with is also connected to 2.4Ghz when you set this up if you have 5Ghz enabled. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having real difficulties setting up my Eufy Doorbell to the wi-fi it just wont connect? i have changed the setting in the management page to 2.4. I have re set the eufy but it says to turn off Firewall and I am unable to turn off Firewall in my hub?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can go outside to the doorbell location with your mobile, and see if the wireless signal disappears from your mobile.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Its a smart hub plus&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Doorbell model is E304&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Doorbell was purchased new from amazon, I have just spoken to EUFY and they have said you cant have FIREWALL on but there is no option to turn it off? I have the doorbell inside next to the hub and still wont connect&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try switching the 5Ghz band off, WiFi 6 to 5 and WPA3 to 2.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They're talking rubbish! The firewall there to protect you from remote attacks. Most users will have it on even if it can be disabled. My Ring Doorbell has no trouble operating alongside the firewall &amp;amp; is able to send video to Ring &amp;amp; get it back. So is this Eufy worse than a Ring?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Eufy are getting someone to call me as they are adamant the firewall needs turning off.
