An engineer has come out to fit a new line for fibre 500, how long does it usually take for your new service to start. I can’t find a date on any emails received and nothing in account, no pending orders. I am currently getting a download speed of 100mbps, all the settings changed in the router FTTP enabled and port 4 etc but no new router supplied.
