You don't say what broadband package you are on, or the router, so why not have a look on the following Help page and get in touch with EE.

Just wondering if EE has any issues right now? My internet has been down since 1030pm last night. The light on my Hub is a solid green. I’ve tried multiple times resetting it with no luck. Sometimes it would come back on for about 5/10mins and go again.
