Remove Wifi enhancer

I want to remove Wifi enhancer and see if I can get a refund as it doesn't work for me and it bugs my games out but when I go in-app to remove myself it will not let me as I call something I can't do it because the snow it as take mobile network ever the single keep jumping up-down and cant make call also when it on wifi-call you can't hear people and we can't call of landline as I am wait order of new battery for them as they don't last sec before turn off

Wi-Fi enhancer is a rolling monthly contract so it can be removed if you no longer want it, however if you are having issues with the Wi-Fi enhancer performance that is something our team can investigate if you did want them to take a look. Similarly if you are unable to manage it via the app currently they will be able to help but it will require calling.

If I understand correctly your mobile signal is currently down and you are unable to use your landline either? If Wi-Fi calling is not helping when enabled on your phone, have you tried contacting us via Skype on the free number +44 800 079 8586?
