I am experiencing the same despite using an ethernet cable and do not understand why this is happening. Trying to play with geforcenow via PC or TV does not work, as the connection is very unstable. Going through the usual fixes (update router, use cable connection, play around with geforcenow settings etc) has not worked, and it appears to be an issue with the connection. Overall bandwidth is more than sufficient but the constant ups and downs appear to be causing an issue. Any advice highly appreciated

Constant problems of packet loss, and terrible mbps, had a few engineers out. Have moved the main box to be closer to the Xbox. It's hard wired now, can't game atm can't seem to clear the fault. 2 months of this is starting to drive me mad. Only half fiber as it's not been done to.the house but is outside. Any help apparently

Welcome to the community.

Did the engineer say what they thought may have been causing the problem?

What speeds and ping are you getting? Feel free to post a speed test screenshot.

Hi has this been fixed? I am experiencing the same despite using an ethernet cable and do not understand why this is happening. Trying to play with geforcenow via PC or TV does not work, as the connection is very unstable. Going through the usual fixes (update router, use cable connection, play around with geforcenow settings etc) has not worked, and it appears to be an issue with the connection. Overall bandwidth is more than sufficient but the constant ups and downs appear to be causing an issue. Any advice highly appreciated
