      <title>Ee home app not connecting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have an issue with the ee home app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was working perfectly fine. I had set everything up no problems at all. Then the fibre engineer came out and installed the fibre line. Now I cannot get the app to move past the message "it wasnt possible to connect to the network. Please try again."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can login via the ip address, and all the connected devices have full internet access. However,&amp;nbsp; the one feature I need is only available in the app, and that is the control of access.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried reinstalling the app, clearing cache etc to no avail. It's the same modem, the only change is the move from the telephone line connection to the fibre connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas? Thanks guys.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Solved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had turned the router's light off. I turned it back on and the app worked straight away.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully this will help someone else.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When you say turned the light off and back on again, you mean reboot, right?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How can you turn off the light without turning the router off?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am having the same problem and about to reboot the router as I cannot access the hub via the app to change passwords and suchlike.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just to be clear.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve (had too) move from BT to EE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You saying the latest black EE router WiFi plus doesn’t work on the EE home app??&lt;BR /&gt;My WIFI is all connected but I’m unable to create my account as when I scan the QR code or input manually and say I’m connected I just get…&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It wasn't possible to connect to the network. Please try again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It’s massively annoying.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Even the EE advisors advice was “You have 14 days cooling off - so I’d move to another supplier”&lt;BR /&gt;I also cancelled the TV package too, that was awful and the remote only connected the BT box so I’d need 3 remotes to watch TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Truly shocking service!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I couldn't get te EE Home app to work at all, possibly because I have the new big black box Smart Hub32&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However you don't need any app.&amp;nbsp; Browse to 192.168.1.254&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Preferably using a PC and wired connection - because then it will work without the vagaries of the WiFI SSID etc.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The web page is prefectly usable and you can make changes such as renaming the network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
