I ordered a smart hub plus network, it works, as for my package, I only have a router and my plan shows that I can buy a phone contract and add a card to someone, but it keeps blocking me, why, how?

When you say it says you can buy a phone contract, was that a mobile phone contract plan?

What happens when you are trying to add the plan? If you can let me know the exact error, that would be helpful.

If you want to apply for a mobile plan to take advantage of your EE One multi product benefits, you can apply through your EE App or when logged into your account on the EE Website.

Make sure you are signed in and you should be shown the discounted plans.

@stefany19 Are you seeing the discounted mobile plans when logged into your EE online account on the website or app to apply for them that way?
