Hi. I have a newly acquired TP link AC2100. The basic setup did not work. Can anyone help with advanced setting up?

What is the exact model of the TP router you are trying to set up?

@tobyjmoss Section 4.2 of the TP-Link user manual is all that you need, and @Mustrum has pointed out the link for the credentials that you need to join the EE network.
