When I moved from BT to EE, I was not given an EE hub. I was told my BT Hub would be fine. Since I moved, my Skybox repeatedly loses contact with the hub, meaning irritating need to reset. Can I demand an EE hub?

@AlastairTodd Since you moved, and nothing has changed then why has you sky box stopped connecting to the BT hub, there is nothing different. If you report a fault, you more than likely will be sent a BT router to replace the one that you have.

EE may decide that you should get the EE Smarthub+ to replace your BT ? as you do not state its model, the BT was deemed by both BT/EE as sufficient to operate with the current BB package that you have. EE CS would more than likely prefer to have you on EE equipment, until you call then who knows what will/can happen.
