I signed up to EE on condition of them paying off my talk Talk remainder etc.

I NEVER got a contract through. I had issues getting my various accounts to show inline too. Now billed for first BB an they are chargingme £32 for the equipment delivery cost? Cancelled one tablet in preference for ipad and still billed for it? Come on EE get a grip? Im supposed to do the chasing here by sending bill to sales team?

can you explain a little bit more about cancelled one tablet in preference for an iPad, was that a new tablet or a tablet that was already under contract ? Was it an upgrade from a tablet to a iPad ?

Hi @ValerieR56

We'd never want there to be any confusion when it comes to something so important like your bills.

Whatever you've paid in advance for the Samsung tablet you returned, this will always be refunded on the next available bill. Has this been produced yet?

If you already have two SIMs but were billed for three in total, did you ask our team what this third SIM was?

If you've received a separate bill for your mobile broadband line, have you asked for this to be added to your main account so everything comes under one bill together? However, if this is home broadband, then this payment will be separate to your mobile lines.

When you say you never got a contract, what information are you looking for exactly? We'd normally send an email confirmation with all the details.

If you can't see all your numbers together online, our team over the phone can help.

Linzi

Now got another bill in for BB and delivery charged again?

I already spoke to agent and all those additional numbers were removed. Nothing refunded. Now paid EE over £200 since October! I need email for contact. Not prepared to wait in Q and try to explain it all over again.
