Cancelling of Broadband order without any notice

I was advised that a new order would be raised by EE soon however I have been unable to obtain this and am having difficulty in managing to get an EE guide to deal with this.

It was EE who cancelled without warning and said it was due to their problem.

In which case EE hasn't accepted your order. No contract exists until the supplier accepts the customer's order.
