      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone else facing this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I set my 2.4 GHz to a fixed channel 6 and saved. The setting doesn't hold and changes to channel 11. I have factory reset the router and the firmware is up to date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Firmware version:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;r2.64.2-R-1210501-PROD-1&lt;BR /&gt;App version: 2.34.2&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks. Tried the app you suggested and could see the broadcast. Now can see the 2 broadcasts on channel 69.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Don't suppose you have any thoughts on the other thing issue below. EE stating that the router must be faulty, as they faced the same issue when attempting to set the channel remotely.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Setting 2.4 GHz to a fixed channel 6 and saved.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4415087"&gt;@Huggons1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Post a screen capture of your advanced wireless settings page, hide you ssid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You do not really need to worry, if the Pro is as good as the + then the CSMA/CA will be excellent also. Just slows the initial transmission every so slightly at the start. This is likely because WPA3 is required for 6GHz operation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you want to try using WPA2 then this can be achieved by enabling the Compatible WiFi feature and connecting the heating controller to that Wi-Fi network instead.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
