    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1631856"&gt;@mbleything69&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;And hopefully if it was an OR engineer, he watched the lights on the ONT device as he powered it up himself before he re-asked you to check, that let's him know that the service was good back and that the device did any FW updates that it required. Do you have another part to complete as you do not mention the testing and confirming that the BB was up and running also at the correct speed for the package.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good afternoon, I'm not happy with the engineer (danile) that came yesterday to fit the broadband. He had no shoe covers I had to ask him to take his shoes off, he's also marked my carpet from him drilling and the wall is a mess and not tidy where he's put a cover over the hole he drilled. He's also let cables on the pavement. Not happy at all.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;He asked us to check if the light were on the box because he didn't want to take his shoes off.&amp;nbsp; Many thanks michelle&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
