Upnp not available when using wifi enhancer

I have set up wifi enhancer on the ee smart hub pro and it always says that my upnp is not available and neither is my NAT.

I’ve tried port forwarding and DMZ but nothing works.

as soon as the wifi enhancer is set up it all stops working

It could be worth checking out this guide on WiFi enhancer, but what exactly is it you're looking to do here?

Also which mode is it you're looking to use when experiencing these issues?

Sorry I should have said that this is effected on the Xbox, I have NAT unavailable and upnp so I can’t connect to Xbox parties and struggle to join any games?

Thanks @Mikesessions1, is it all games and parties affected here, or is it intermittent?

Do these issues disappear if you turn the WiFi enhancer Game Mode off too?

I’m having the same problem - have you fixed it? Trying to “remove WiFi enhancer” in the app results in a pop up saying I have to call EE to do that!
