    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Jim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, I replied to the text from ee from the 66033 number and also tried sending it direct to the 66033 number and both failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can send texts normally so doesn't appear to be an issue sending text messages&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having problems with my broadband connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can't get any help as the text it sends me, it fails to reply everytime I try to send the FAULT reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get in touch with EE, as this is not working. No option to speak to someone directly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Full Fibre 500, they sent me a new router about a month ago, been fine but that last week only get speeds of around 90 and less. Tried restarting the router numerous times and the grey fibre box on the wall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
