Hi,

I had EE broadband 2 years ago, if I were to move over to EE broadband with WiFi 7 now, would an engineer visit be required?

@LotusMorals Depends on what you have now, to what you have to get now. Wifi7 does not instigate a required visit, for a self install, but if new fibre is required then it does.

Thanks! I had fibre with EE 2 years ago, now I would be switching from a different provider.

@LotusMorals If nothing is changing home wise then should be no issue, couple of fibre variants and if you have a landline which is currently not on fibre, then it will be if EE can do the switch if needed.
