Conecting phones and TV to Smart Hub Plus

Setting up Smart Hub Plus but cannot connect my digital phones and smart TVs to the hub. I press the WPS button but it does not flash. My connection to my desktop computer is fine but this is direct by cable to the hub. Is the hub faulty?

When you mention trying to connect your TV to the new hub, is this an EE TV box, or just a Smart TV?

Also what phone models are you using, and have these previously been linked to a different hub?

@johnharlow If you need to http://192.168.1.254 to the hub manager, go to advanced, then wireless, you will find a start wps command button, to kick off the wps connection mode, now not sure if it works but try and see.
