I am worried that when I use the Bluetooth on my TV it leaves me vulnerable to being hacked by neighbours and anyone who can pick up the signal from outside the property. Can they access my tv or online details through mt Bluetooth?

Can I be hacked via my broadband router?
Is it worth me changing the password.

I live in flats, therefore close proximity and worry that a dedicated hacker can access my signal.

No, two Bluetooth relies on two devices being paired by (usually) an exchange of PIN first.

Changing your WiFi password from the default is always a wise idea.

@Sharpasarazr there is guidance at the top of this section from @XRaySpeX on how to change your WiFi password. You may have a different router, but the steps will be very similar. https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Broadband-Landline/Changing-Your-WiFi-Password-on-a-Smart-Hub/td-p/829250

You can also check the connected devices on your network by logging into the router, although it may take you a while to figure out all of your devices if you have lots connecting to your router. Once you work out which is which there are ways to change the name to something easier to recognise - newer routers need to use the app.

HTH but ask away if you have any questions.
