Trying to cancel my broadband

Cancelling Broadband.

I need t cancel my broadband contract. You can’t do this in the account section of the website (why? I can order but not cancel?), I can’t get through on the phone…45 mins wait and then cut off at 40mins 😖. And no email contact address for customer services (or any department). Please help, I just want to cancel, you so hard!!

You should try 0800 079 8586 but it is press 2 then 3.

Or 0800 079 0544 may also be worth trying which seems to be a combined BT/EE number now.
