      <title>Emails Asking Me To Return Old Kit. Wasn't Given Any New Kit. Still Using BT Hub</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I made the switch from BT to EE broadband. Engineer came to do the change on 13/09/24. He didn't provide me with a new hub, just left me with the old BT Hub. Now I'm getting emails from EE asking me to send the old kit back. I don't have any new kit, and still using, and relying on, my old BT kit. I've checked the site and I could get charged if I don't send it back. Trying my best to speak to somebody but I've been on hold for 15 minutes so far.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
