Having set up the new kit without an issue, all our laptops and devices have connected fine, except a Netmostat device.

Despite entering the Network password, it will not connect to the EE wifi extender. Netmostat advise it only works on 2.4Ghz and I've checked the router has this on. Can any one help?

Try on the Advanced > Wireless Settings page to temporarily disable the 5 GHz WiFi band & move off the Smart channel while connecting problematic 2.4 GHz devices.

Would using the 'Compatible' Wifi work and switching off the 5Ghz on that capability? I did this so I could use the same SSID because I replaced a WiFi AP in favour of the new Pro equipment, and all my smart devices connected wirelessly. Far less hassle than have to re-pair devices to a new SSID and then fight with Alexa, Meross, Kasa, BroadLink, Maxcio and some web-based services that interact with the devices.
