I have received my new Ee smart hub and am wondering if I can install Nord von on it and if so how? I already have a NordVPN account for my mobile and other devices.

Hi @Jat03

If it doesn't have a VPN section under the settings then no you'll need to use the Nord app on your devices.

No, @Jat03 , you can't install VPNs on EE routers. If you need 1 you'll just have to install it on your own devices.

Thank you. It was a solution Ring gave us as our Ring doorbell doesn’t work when it is on. Thanks for saving me the time trying.

I have no trouble with a Ring Doorbell on EE BB. Even on the rare occasions that BB goes down the doorbell & chime comes back online immediately when the BB comes back.

Thanks for response. Yes our ring doorbell works fine with EE but not when nord vpn is on. Nord vpn suggested we could download nord vpn to our router and that may and only may solve the issue.
I think it is all beyond my basic ICT certificate from school many years ago 🤣
