If that happens, we'll refund any charges that don't apply anymore, and show the refund on your final bill.

Your cancellation bill will include:

The charge to cancel your services, if applicable.

A final charge to cover your services for the period between your previous bill and the transfer date, if applicable.

Any applicable charges for phone usage in the period between your previous bill and the transfer date.

We'll use the details stored on your account to take the payment. If so then EE will have shutdown your account to produce your final bill, give refund if that is due, or take more if that is the case, 16 sept, your kind of late to the party now.

@Chris_B @XRaySpeX VM are now part of the OTS but who knows how its all going to work, plenty pitfalls along the way!

Therefore must be another user giving VM his wrong addy. Surely there must be some way of OP telling VM that he lives there but never asked to move to VM.
