&lt;P&gt;The checker you've been looking at here is just for issues linked to the nearby area, but like &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2818"&gt;@XRaySpeX&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; mentioned it may not necessarily be a local issue that's affecting you in this instance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We actually offer the option to run some additional &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/technical-support/broadband-landline" target="_blank"&gt;troubleshooting and fault checks via text&lt;/A&gt;, just send us a message with HELP to 66033.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once the checks are complete if it's identified you need an engineer we'll help you get this booked, or if needs be we can arrange for a member of our team to call you back too.&lt;/P&gt;
