Has been down around 30 mins now. The light has gone back to a solid green after leaving for off for a few mins before turning it back on. But still no internet connection.

I have the fibre plus and I honestly have no idea what router. It’s a newish one - within the last year.

Modern EE routers show solid Cyan when connected, not Green. Older 1s show solid Green.

That's the white EE Smart Router, unfortunately omitted from the list @JimM11 posted. I would've thought its light colours would be the same as the EE Smart Hub. In which case it is (trying to) start up.

It looks like your BB has gone down for a bit. There's really nowt you can do about that but wait for it to come back.

Why's all this fad for replacement routers? They rarely break. So much for this prevalent "Oh, something wrong with your BB or WiFi? Oh, we'll just send you a replacement router"! So many wasted routers! So good for the environment!

The Smart Router was brought out for G.Fast connections. It incorporates an ADSL, VDSL & G.Fast modem. No other EE router does. At the time few, if any, G.Fast routers were around. ASUS DSL 86U was 1 of the 1st.

Totally agree however EE so called tech experts or some would say they call themselves engineers deliberately to confuse people are the worst broadband provider in the history of broadband, EE have done nothing but be useless for help but offer £20 for no internet all weekend until Wednesday that’s if a new router comes as promised (ordered on Saturday) I’ll be moving to virgin or Vodafone and be taking my iPhone contracts back to the store and walking into the next door shop for better service EE have lost a very expensive family contract bundle
