why can't I link my broadband to my EE accont?

I've changed my email address and have been told the only way to update my account is to create a new account with my new email. Then I simply link my broadband. Well, every time I try to link my broadband, the system errors. Any help?

I also cannot create an account, i have one buththinktink i have to link BT are really really bad
