It's going to be 35mb but what I'm not sure is if that's enough to work from home on, would like people to comment to let me know 😄

So I'm having to move and turns out the area doesn't have full fibre (apparently) even though Truespeed are there. Anyway, wondering if anyone has piddle poor speeds like 35mb and can effectively work from home and do online gaming with that (only one user)?

Also paying £41.99 at the moment for 60mb and they want to charge me more for less 😂 at £46.99. I'm trapped in this contract until next year and no one at EE seems to be that helpful. I've been told that I can downgrade my plan when I move which apparently won't affect the speed. Anyone have any similar situations here?

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker > Address Checker estimate for your new addy? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your addy.

Is it? 35 Meg as sold & advertised is technically really 40 Meg capped on an 80 Meg line.

That's what the EE guy told me.I just checked your checker, so it will be 80mb? Might need help deciphering this one

Yes, EE should be offering you 80 Meg FTTC, which they'll advertise as 76 Meg.

Thanks - every time I've spoke to someone there they don't really know what they're doing. The first guy said he couldn't offer me anything cheaper, which isn't true - the second person said I could downgrade when I get in there. I'm not too happy with having to pay more money. I guess I"ll see how it goes when I get in there
