is it possible to change the NAT settings in my EE smart router for my Xbox, as it is set to moderate?

@Beatmouldon the quick answer is no. There is no such setting in the router.

Make sure you are directly connected to the router, ideally via an ethernet cable, and not via powerlines or WiFi extenders.

@Beatmouldon if you go into network settings on your Xbox and then over to test Nat type after a couple tests you will see your Nat type change to open 😊

This worked perfectly. Just got the Smart Hub pro wired to the Xbox via a switch from the hub. 3 NAT tests and it went from moderate to open. Thank you!
