    <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m on the 1.6Gbps contract and have been trying to upgrade to the Smart Hub Pro. However, customer service has given me conflicting information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One rep told me to call back in 5 days, while another said that existing customers would automatically receive the new equipment without needing to do anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone here successfully upgraded or received the new hub? I’m trying to figure out which version is correct. Any advice or experiences would be appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
