EE Wifi on Smart Hub Plus?

Hello,

Just a quick simple one here: Am I to expect the EE Wifi SSID to be broadcast from the Smart Hub Plus? Or is that only BT branded hubs? I recently moved from BT to EE and my Smart Hub Plus doesn't seem to be broadcasting it, which I find surprising as, after all, it is EE Wifi now, not BT.

And changing everyone from BT over to EE eventually, wouldn't they just be removing thousands of EE Wifi hotspots?

Or should it in fact be broadcasting from my Smart Hub Plus and it's a fault that it isn't?

There is no EE WiFi hotspot broadcast on the EE SH+.

@WillKirk Correct removal will reduce the number of hotspots and will be a lot more than thousands. Do you really want your bandwidth restricted?

@JimM11 Well, I rarely use it to be fair. It was more an observation that I could not see it being broadcast from my house, only a weaker signal of it from my neighbour. To bother doing the entire rebrand from BT Wi-Fi to EE Wifi, then let it die as the customers gradually rebrand, seems odd. That's all. I won't miss it.
