Adding another account owner

Hi. When I had a BT broadband account I was able to add my wife as a second account owner so that she was also able to deal with any issues we had. Is this possible with EE?

@Marcoee Yes you can, you’ll need to call customer support to request this.

Not as an owner but only as a 3rd party to deal with the running of the a/c over the phone.
