      <description>&lt;BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Solid red light on my parents EE broadband for 2 days (been restarted and reset several times)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tests to the diagnostics bot say incident in local area (nothing I am aware of!) and a date 24hours ago for resolution &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_rolling_eyes:"&gt;🙄&lt;/span&gt; elderly parents who rely on internet for food and medication orders.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I can't be at the address until Wednesday.
