    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a electric central heating system installed that works off a hub which is connected to my wifi &amp;nbsp;which is a EE router but none of the ports are open they have sent 3 different routers but none open i have been on the phone over 3 weeks trying to convince them it’s their problem &amp;nbsp;i have tested the ethernet ports with new cables linked to tv &amp;nbsp;a game station &amp;nbsp;and a computer none will open and still they say its not their router what more can i do. ??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you're connecting your&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;central heating hub&amp;nbsp;by WiFi you don't even need to use the Ethernet LAN ports.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It's impossible that all the LAN ports on 3 routers are all faulty.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Perhaps you are confusing them with incoming software ports that a server might need opened but I doubt a&amp;nbsp;central heating hub would need any.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Which EE BB plan are you on? What EE router do you have?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
