    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi EE,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to check on the status of my contract with you. I signed it on September 14th at an EE store, and I was told that my internet connection would be set up within 4-5 days. However, I’m still waiting for the installation of my router, and I haven’t received any calls or messages regarding this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I understand, I have 14 days to decide about this contract, but those days will soon expire without an internet connection being set up. Could you please let me know how I can check the status of my connection and what steps I need to take?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;Usually it takes about 2 weeks to install BB from ordering.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You don't have just a 14-day cooling off period from ordering, which you seem to be thinking of. What you do have is that you can cancel any time before installation. However what you do not have is the 14-day cooling-off period that you get by ordering by phone or online, cuz you ordered in an EE store.&lt;/LI&gt;
