EE wifi management app not connecting to BT Smarthub

I have been with EE for a while now after transferring from BT. I was left with the same BT hub and it has supposedly the latest firmware v0.43.01.15019-BT. The app used to work and I setup some wifi control groups. I have now lost the ability for the app to connect and hence I have lost wifi management over user access leaving several devices locked out of the system.

I see numerous posts with a simular issue and no resolution. Help please.

@MA234 Have you tried using the EE app to control the BT Smarthub2?
